Refunds: 

I am happy to refund an order with shop credit if it has not yet been cut. Cut fabric is non refundable.

Preorder:

Placing a preorder means you are reserving an item by purchasing it before its arrival and often release to Unruly and Roasted Fiber. By purchasing you are agreeing to these terms as we order based of preorder sales. 

Cancellations

All preorder sales are final. We order products based on preorder sales and since these lines are limited we are unable to refund these orders. We appreciate your understanding

In the event we do not receive the preorder items as expected, unfulfilled items will be refunded.
